I love you brother with your comments but regarding the olive oil I live in Spain and make my own cold pressed olive oil when the olives are ready around November time so the oil is natural pure and it is not heated up the extra virgin olive oil is the first cold press then you can heat up to extract more that is a pure product not from the supermarkets and you can make yourself but most people can’t be asked and would prefer to just buy from the,,, supermarket
